1.1These terms govern your use of vlaian.com (the "Website"). The Website is operated by Vlaian Limited, a company registered in Nigeria under registration number RC 1953349, whose registered address is Plot 975, Cadastral Zone A0, Central Business District, Abuja ("Vlaian", "we", "us").
1.2Vlaian trades as Vlaian Group and through its divisions, each of which is a business name of Vlaian Limited.
1.3By using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. The purpose of the Website

2.1The Website introduces Vlaian, its divisions and the services we offer. Its content is general information, provided for that purpose.
2.2Nothing on the Website is legal, immigration, financial or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Requirements for visas, travel and the import of goods change often, and are decided by the authorities concerned.
2.3Descriptions of our services on the Website are an invitation to discuss your needs with us. They are not an offer capable of acceptance.

3. Enquiries and engagements

3.1Sending us an enquiry, through the Website form or by WhatsApp, does not create an engagement or any obligation on either side.
3.2Every engagement is governed by our Client Terms, which we provide to you before any work begins and which you accept in writing. If anything on the Website differs from the Client Terms, the Client Terms prevail.

4. Your use of the Website

4.1You may view, print and share pages of the Website for your own personal, non commercial use.

5.3Except as permitted in clause 4.1, you may not reproduce, adapt or distribute any content from the Website without our prior written consent.

6. Links and third party services

6.1The Website may link to other websites and services, including WhatsApp. These are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
6.2Other websites may link to the Website only with our prior written consent.

7. Availability

7.1We work to keep the Website available and accurate, but we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, and we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free from error.

11.1These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
